[Bug libc/16070] New: glibc comment spelling fixes (from 2005)

https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16070

            Bug ID: 16070
Summary: glibc comment spelling fixes (from 2005)
           Product: glibc
           Version: unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: libc
Assignee: unassigned at sourceware dot org
Reporter: jesse.weinstein at clinicomp dot com
CC: drepper.fsp at gmail dot com

Back in 2005, Jakub Jelinek used aspell to identify a number of likely spelling
errors in libc source comments. He provided a patch, here:
https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-hacker/2005-08/msg00007.html

I recently came across one of them ("LEN astarting at BUF" in
libc/inet/arpa/inet.h ) and decided to file this bug, as I didn't see it
previously reported.
