Hi. Where did you get your cblas implementation, and which version
of GSL are you using? Also, it looks like you left off the
attachment of "cblas.h"; at least it didn't make it here.
Please send it again, I will need to look at it.
The business with the enum declarations is something which changed
in the cblas draft standard over the last year, so I think that
incompatibility means that you either have an old cblas or an old GSL.
The HAVE_CBLAS thing doesn't work yet since we are still not sure about
the best way to do this. Sorry.
