Hi,
I maintain a separate version for MS Visual C++ -- it is available as
a zip file from the Simtel archive at
http://www.simtel.net/pub/pd/56783.shtml
When you unzip the file from Simtel you should find a SETUP.EXE
program inside which will automatically install everything.
