Mac OS X 10.2: make check fails

I just tried compiling gsl on my new ibook. I can build the library ok,
but make check fails in vector with an internal compiler error, see
enclosed attachment of log.

Have anyone had similar problems?
And, I would like to report the problem to Apple, but what files are
necessary to enclose? I must admit I am a bit bewildered by the "make
check" layout.
