Hi,
I used to have the MSVC binaries as a download on my site but I
recently removed them because they were generating too many requests
for free support.
I replaced them with a Unix/Windows CDROM that includes support as
part of the price http://www.network-theory.co.uk/gsl/cdrom/
The instructions for building MSVC binaries are in the gsl/HACKING
file.
