That looks very bad.  It should look like:

-rw-r--r--   1 root     root          235 Feb 17  1995 /usr/include/jmp_buf.h

I don't know wat the T at the end means... and the ? in the first
character is bad.  I think you have filesystem corruption of some
sort.  Try running fsck?
