The guile-gtk stuff is included in the gnome-guile package.  I can't
seem to be reaching ftp.jimpick.com right now, but somewhere below

    ftp://ftp.jimpick.com/pub/gnome/snap/

there should be snapshots of gnome-guile.

Once upon a time, guile-gtk was indepenednt from GNOME, but this might
have changed now.

I think when Gtk+ 1.0 comes out we will prepare a stand alone
guile-gtk package and put it into a number of visible places, such as
the guile contrib stuff and somewhere on www.gimp.org.
