I didn't know that it was possible to load guile-tcltk dynamically
earlier (or perhaps I have forgotten it).  This is clearly something I
should have learnt about long ago.

How was this done?  Did you copy the shared library (or use a link) to
some place called `ice-9' on the load path?

In my ignorance, I have broken this code.  I'll try to fix it "as soon
as possible".
