AnonCVS access to Guile sources

I was trying to get the current Guile sources.  My docs give the
following command line:

detlev$ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@egcs.cygnus.com:/cgcs/carton/cvsfiles login
(Logging in to anoncvs@egcs.cygnus.com)
CVS password: anoncvs

cvs [login aborted]: authorization failed: server egcs.cygnus.com rejected access
detlev$

Has the repository been moved to a different server?
