CVS server name has changed

Just so you all know, the hostname to use for anonymous CVS access to
Guile modules has changed from egcs.cygnus.com to anoncvs.cygnus.com.
The old name will continue to work for a while, but not forever.
While you're at it, you may also want to make sure you're using
/cvs/guile as the repository path, not the old /egcs/carton/... path.
Again, I think it works now, but it won't for long.
