I'm not so sure.  GOOPS still seems to be under flaming discussion,
and still changing and undocumented.  I would rather see bindings
that comply with the OMG IDL mappings to Scheme.

Which raises the question "is there such a thing?"

There are standard mappings to Cobol, so it seems quite possible
do without the newfangled "proxy object slot access" stuff.
