Odd, that should've been included; I used cvs diff to create it this
time, so I guess it doesn't like new files it doesn't know about. I
just uploaded a new tarball with cbvec.h included. Sorry for the
inconvenience.

Greg, one of these days I'm going to release a gc patch that actually
     works the first time around. The shock and surprise will cause at
     least one person to have a heart attack.
