I guess, I can't. That's why I gave in and solved my (maybe
percieved) problem locally.
I just have the feeling that .cvsignore files are part of the client
side configuration of CVS. I don't want other people to decide which
files of mine to ignore. I guess I'm more afraid of someone making a
file disappear for me that I want to see in pcl-cvs, than that I'm not
able to ignore arbitrary files myself.
