Hi!

I'd like to know whether people would agree that SCM_STRICT_TYPING should
also be put under the SCM_DEBUG_ sub-namespace?

SCM_DEBUG_TYPING_STRICTNESS
SCM_DEBUG_STRICT_TYPING

As usual, I'd like to hear suggestions about what name to use.
