For the new web pages

OK, I've web-sucked the current guile pages, and started going through them.

I'd like some contributions from the list.  Can anyone do a few examples of
using guile (just guile, not scsh, etc) to do something useful to files,
i.e. sort and replace, re-implement uniq, etc?  Things that can start
someone down the path of seeing how to use guile on a running system.  I'm
fine with documenting the code if others can contribute.
