It used to be available from anonymous uucp and ftp.  Ahh... the days.  It's
probably still available.

Yeah, they seem available at CPAN mirrors in, i.e.,
ftp://ftp.perl.org/CPAN/scripts/nutshell/ch6
ftp://ftp.perl.org/CPAN/scripts/nutshell/ch7
