A prospective CTAX, v0.1.0, can be found at:
http://www.colorstudy.com/static/ianb/downloads/ctax/ctax_0.1.0.tar.gz
The installation instructions are mostly nonexistant. Maybe someone
has some apropos instructions lying about that I can copy and modify.
The debugging support isn't really there yet. This is related in part
to the lexer, which is written in Scheme and probably should be
replaced. So I'm reluctant to put much work into what will hopefully
be a dead end. Mikael has mentioned integrating some C-based lexing
he has worked on into Guile, and it may go from there. But for now it
works, and is something to start from.
While it's not exactly CTAX, I hope this new C-like syntax can replace
CTAX in spirit. I haven't made any of the syntactic changes that have
been discussed, because I'm not entirely sure what to change the syntax
to.
