Odd. I always wondered what this was all about...
Well, it looks like "ioUtil.test" is the real deal. I don't know what
"iOUtil.test" is, but it was added in 1999, and last touched (literally)
by irox when importing the new version.
It's not mentioned anywhere else, so I guess it is safe to whack it...
I'm just going to cvs remove it now...
