That is the unfortunate truth: there is no RPM package for Insight. This is largely because Insight is still carrying around it's own version of Tcl/Tk. I never seem to get around to hacking at the build to remove this dependency. IIRC insight has been using a nearly unmodified version of tcl/tk for quite some time...
