I'm using 1.6.54 in a servlet. Outside a servlet, things seem to work fine. http://web.mit.edu/afs/dev/user/brlewis/kawa-1.6.54/kawa/brl In the above directory, evaltest.java tests outside a servlet and throws wrong number of arguments, as expected. Calling svlet.java through the web with ?eval=true at the end of the URL throws unbound symbol.
