RE: Servlet based implementation of brl.
The current changes to KawaPageServlet now have the brl modules loaded
in the servlet init, and the initialization in webfuns now works
correctly.
However, in the run method, the language created is a new instance, and
does not have the brl definitions loaded. How do I make the environment
created in the new instance contain the brl definitions? We really do
not want to load the brl modules each time we load a brl file.
