Did you even try this (leave alone thinking about it)? Try
typedef struct _IO_FILE FILE;
extern FILE *stdout;
#define printf(args...) fprintf(stdout, args)
int
main()
{
printf ();
return 0;
}
(Note the ... I left out to make it compile).
