I've uploaded the first test release of glibc 2.2.2 to
ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/glibc/releases
You can find the files
glibc-2.2.2pre1.tar.bz2 (also .gz)
glibc-2.2.1-2.2.2pre1.diff.bz2 (also .gz)
glibc-linuxthreads-2.2.2pre1.tar.bz2 (also .gz)
The patch is pretty big but mainly because of documentation and data
file changes.
This release features among a dozen or two bug fixes the last i18n
changes needed for compliance with existing and drafted standards.
