another failure

  Tonight's cvs also seem to fail the following test as well on linuxppc.

make[2]: *** [/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/glibc-2.2.2/build-ppc-linux/localedata/tst-trans.out] Error 1

...with /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/glibc-2.2.2/build-ppc-linux/localedata/tst-trans.out containing...

locale data files probably not loaded
