french translation: libre vs gratuit

The french translation of glibc translates 'free software' into
'logiciel gratuit' instead of 'logiciel libre'. A "serious problem",
as RMS says. Here's a patch to fix this.
The french FSF web site
(http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/philosophy.fr.html) says "libre
software": "A propos du logiciel libre"

I hope this is the correct list. I didn't see any list for
translations.
