Breakage in sparc linker

- Subject: Breakage in sparc linker
Two seperate breakages. One is on all architectures, and occurs like
this:
# /lib/ld-2.2.5.so --lis
Segmentation fault
(yes, I know I mispelled it, that's what causes it). Occurs in:
(gdb) bt full
#0 0x08007988 in _dl_map_object ()
The second I think is sparc specific. I haven't had a chance to trace it
yet, but basically running ld-2.2.5.so --list on a g77 created binary is
giving a SIGILL in mmap().
