You can remove them if you want, they are unused now. I agree with Jakub here
that pulling in from libgcc is a lot simpler, can be easier extended to
additional symbols (eg. for -msoft-float platforms), easier to maintain, etc.
It just didn't occur to me there could be a solution as simple as that while
initially following the divdi3 path.
