locale-archive is a PDP-11 a.out???

Hi all

I was building a glibc RPM from the 2.3.2 sources, but that failed due to
something going wrong in binutils, when the find-requires script uses
objdump -p to look for dependencies. Lo and behold, it looks at
locale-archive, which file(1) tells it is executable, and then figures
it's a pdp-11 a.out (my binutils is ./configure'd with --enable-targets=all)
which of course it isn't.

Is it deliberate that locale-archive should look like a pdp-11 a.out? I
would think not...
