For this test I used Debian/Woody, which uses libc 2.2.5.  I did not
suspect there might be fixes hidden in newer localedefs.  To test with
a newer version of libc, I need to use a chroot and it is a pain.
I'll remember to test the locales with a freshly compiled CVS version
the next time.  Sorry for my false warning.

But it would be nice if the makefile got a test target, or that some
other runtime test targets make sure all the supported locales are
buildable.
