Ping on this, could some nice sould please comment on what the right
way of solving this problem is?  We could define the HWCAP_I386_*
enums on all i386 platforms, but I don't know if thats the Right Thing
Todo(TM).

Are we supposed to define those enums on GNU/Hurd, Roland?  If not,
what would you suggest to fix the issue with libm not compiling
(Jereon Dekkers reported it a while ago) on GNU/Hurd?
