What are your plans for the initial thread having an unlimited stack?
What is the stack size or stack base address?

I have no idea. I'd sort of forgotten that unlimited stacks existed, since Fedora always sets a reasonable default.

The only thing that I can figure that makes sense is to leave the
base address NULL to signal this fact.  Not terribly helpful, but
perhaps this isn't really the common case anymore.
