As a reader of bug
http://bugs.debian.org/563636
and as a culprit of it.

The original author's mail doesn't work anymore.

The change from monday to sunday was not made by the author, but by me
in 3873630c

        * locales/csb_PL: Change week[2] to 19971130.
        * locales/en_GB: Likewise.
        * locales/et_EE: Likewise.

This was a mistake for et_EE. csb_PL and en_GB indeed had 2 2 for
monday, but not et_EE, which was explicitely set to Monday in 22261ce5.

Ok.
