The one bug was bug 333. I think we can treat this component as dead now.

Sure, that name seems better. In the course of going through all the open
"libc" bugs to move them to more appropriate components I found a few
ldconfig bugs that seemed best to go in this component. (Roughly it would
be about elf/ and dlfcn/, but that's the developers' view rather than
something meaningful to users.)
