Bugzilla: Version = unspecified vs. trunk?

- Subject: Bugzilla: Version = unspecified vs. trunk?
Community,
Is it worthwhile to add "trunk" to the bugzilla version list?
Is version=trunk the same as version=unspecified?
I could see a couple of use cases:
* User forgets to set version, and default is "unspecified."
* User is filling a bug for someone else and they don't know the
version (yet) so they use "unspecified."
* User consciously sets version to "trunk" to indicate they used the
tip of master on the day the bug was filed.
Comments?
Cheers,
Carlos.
