[PATCH] There is no legitimate reason to override reg_char onsparc32.

- Subject: [PATCH] There is no legitimate reason to override reg_char onsparc32.
This file overrides reg_char to int but that doesn't make any
sense at all.
I tried to figure out where this came from, but it predates Roland's
initial CVS import in 1995 :-) The file was located at
sysdeps/sparc/memcopy.h at the time of the initial CVS import.
I suspect that the memcopy.h copying macros, way back when this file
was created, would try to operate a reg_char at a time or something
strange like that.
Interestingly, when Richard Henderson imported the sparc64 support,
this file sat in sysdeps/sparc/memcopy.h and Richard simply moved
it to sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/memcopy.h and didn't create an equivalent
under sparc64.
Anyways, this is all just silly and unnecessary so just remove this
file.
