Remove unused sysdeps/unix/{xstat,fxstat}.c

- Subject: Remove unused sysdeps/unix/{xstat,fxstat}.c
The files sysdeps/unix/xstat.c and sysdeps/unix/fxstat.c are unused.
Linux and Hurd both have their own versions, and nothing uses these
files via #include.
I propose this patch to remove these unused files. Tested x86_64.

* sysdeps/unix/fxstat.c: Remove file.
* sysdeps/unix/xstat.c: Likewise.
