Remove unused sysdeps/unix/getpagesize.c

- Subject: Remove unused sysdeps/unix/getpagesize.c
The file sysdeps/unix/getpagesize.c is unused. Linux and Hurd both
have their own versions, and nothing uses this file via #include.
I propose this patch to remove this unused file. Tested x86_64.
