Remove unused sysdeps/unix/siglist.c


The file sysdeps/unix/siglist.c is unused.  Linux and Hurd both use
sysdeps/gnu/siglist.c, and nothing uses this file via #include.

I propose this patch to remove this unused file.  Tested x86_64.
