Remove unused sysdeps/unix/sysv/i386/time.S


The file sysdeps/unix/sysv/i386/time.S is unused: Hurd does not use
sysdeps/unix/sysv and x86 Linux uses sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/time.c
instead.

I propose this patch to remove this unused file.  Tested x86.
