Remove unused sysdeps/unix/sysv/bits/*.h

All of the files sysdeps/unix/sysv/bits/*.h are unused. Hurd does not
use sysdeps/unix/sysv; except for utmp.h there are Linux-specific
versions of the files (separate versions for each architecture, in the
case of fcntl.h); and Linux uses the sysdeps/gnu version of
bits/utmp.h.

I propose this patch to remove these unused files. Tested x86_64.

2012-04-20  Joseph Myers  <joseph@codesourcery.com>

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/bits/dirent.h: Remove file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/bits/fcntl.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/bits/local_lim.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/bits/signum.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/bits/stat.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/bits/utmp.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/bits/utsname.h: Likewise.
