Here's a complete patch to build all manual files in the build directory
and not anymore in the source directory. I've tested with building all
targets (pdf, info, html, dvi, clean, realclean) on x86-64.
What happens when you do `make dist'? The info files (at least)
should be part of the tarball. A good rule is if something is part of
the tarball, then it should be put in the source tree directory.
