I don't think personal addresses should be listed as contacts.
People can just file bugs in the manual component like for anything else.
Either everybody's name needs @w or noone's does.
For people with long lists, I think an @itemize @bullet with terse
item descriptions would be better than an awkwardly-worded paragraph.
i.e.:
Ulrich Drepper for his many contributions in almost all parts of
@theglibc{}, including:
@itemize @bullet
@item internationalization support, including the @code{locale} and
@code{localedef} utilities.
@item Linux i386/ELF support
...
@end itemize
