I did a test build on x86 and verified that the huge_vall.h header file
didn't change.  That makes sense because the x86 has its own arch
specific huge_vall.h header file and that is what winds up in
usr/include.

I have successfully cloned the glibc tree with my ssh access so I will
check in the change shortly.
