Handle sincos with generic libm-test logic


This patch, relative to a tree with
<http://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2013-05/msg00713.html> applied,
eliminates special handling of sincos from gen-libm-test.pl.  Instead
of being handled specially, it now uses TEST_fFF_11 (test with one
floating-point and two pointer to floating-point inputs, no return
value and two extra outputs), handled by the generic logic.

Tested x86_64 and x86.

	(sincos_test): Use RUN_TEST_LOOP_fFF_11 instead of
	RUN_TEST_LOOP_sincos.
	* math/README.libm-test: Don't mention special handling of
	individual functions.
	* sysdeps/i386/fpu/libm-test-ulps: Update names of sincos tests.
	* sysdeps/powerpc/fpu/libm-test-ulps: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/s390/fpu/libm-test-ulps: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/sh/sh4/fpu/libm-test-ulps: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/sparc/fpu/libm-test-ulps: Likewise.
