Remove unused files from sysdeps/unix/bsd/bsd4.4/bits/

When removing unused sysdeps/unix/bsd files I missed two files in
sysdeps/unix/bsd/bsd4.4/bits/ that are also unused because Hurd has
its own versions of those headers and nothing #includes them
directly.  This patch removes them.

Tested x86_64 that the installed shared libraries are unchanged by
this patch.

2013-12-17  Joseph Myers  <joseph@codesourcery.com>

	* sysdeps/unix/bsd/bsd4.4/bits/errno.h: Remove file.
	* sysdeps/unix/bsd/bsd4.4/bits/ioctls.h: Likewise.
