I've just pushed this to the trunk. Please take care when backporting
changes to release branches that the ChangeLog entries may need to be moved
and adjusted to match the norms in the old branch.

* nptl_db/ChangeLog: Renamed to nptl_db/ChangeLog.old, no longer used.
