It is more about making sure no future distributions ever use 2.19
for s390/s390x.
I agree with Andreas and Alfred.
In general:
* Revert the jmp_buf changes in 2.20.
* Make a 2.19.1 release with the s390 jmp_buf reversion patches.
* Remove 2.19 tarballs from the ftp servers.
