I've uploaded a new test verison 2.0.93 to

Lot's of things changed (including a much better iconv implementation,
locale dependent mb*towc* and wc*tomb* functions), many bugs are fixed,
building should be faster, ... I've not yet finished all the things which
I want to see in 2.1 but we are getting closer.
Please test this release and report problems to my personally.
