Happily, RFC 2535 obsoletes RFC 2065. Now, it is the DSA algorithm
that is mandatory.
That is good news. Note that all work on crypto modules should be
done by people outside the US who are not US citizens. If you are a
US citizen or you are inside the US, please leave these jobs for
others to do; if you try to help, even though you are well-meaning,
you will complicate matters.
