What kind of problems, exactly?  Geoff, please tell us the problems
and your estimates on how long you need to fix this.

The PPC folks had enough time to fix this.  We should really ship
2.1.3 now.  If it's broken for PPC, we can release a 2.1.4 soon
afterwards.  But I don't like to wait another half year just because
PPC is not finished.
